I currently work for an airline and had to get a crew visa, when I did my interview the woman made it clear I would have my passport back within a week so I passed that information for the Airline I work for.
Well Its been a week and a half and I still don't have any signs of the whereabouts of my document.
pissed off to be honest, why can't they stick to the timeframe? I also had to get another picture (even though my picture was CLEARED at the time of my application online) She made me go back and do it again.

I am very glad I don't have to do it every Year... blah terrible
