I placed an order on the 5th or May for delivery to be received on the 13th May. Every time I have called to find out what is going on the call gets ignored and no one answers on option 2 of their number. I thought I would pretend to be a new customer and the call was answered and the same product I have order I was told was out of stock. When I told the operator that I have ordered it and it has not been received they put the phone down on me. I am going to a court to file a small claims first thing in the morning as they seem to be doing this to everyone.
