Great service - good product. The only downside was delivery. Parcelforce driver delivered the product - asked me for my name and went off. The parcel was damaged but the product was OK inside. I checked the tracking and a signature had appeared saying it was successfully delivered. So this is no problem for me - but a real problem with Parcelforce and their so called proof of delivery. Forging my signature is probably a criminal offence. Not happy - and will look out for companies that use Parcelforce and try and avoid in future.
