Very sad to say that the warranty part of Bella Vista is the worst I've e er seen. They will schedule your appointment for basically 4 hours. Will not give ETA and then never show up. They blame the sub contractor. This has happened multiple times. Very unhappy customer

Definitely a listen to your customer kinda company. Thank you to James the division sales manger for taking the time to listen to me. I'm glad that everything has been resolved.
