I've had the absolutely worst Wetherspoon experien...

I've had the absolutely worst Wetherspoon experience with poor service, rude security and condescending manager.

Visited on Good Friday evening 30 March 2018 to Llandudno The Palladium, hoping for an enjoyable night, but it turned out to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had.

It was a relatively quite night, and I took a picture of how empty it was at the Palladium Llandudno Wetherspoon to show my girlfriend I was talking to on the phone. However when I finished my drink and was hoping to get another drink before last serving, one of a customer who was clearly overly drunk, had accused me of filming him without permission and forcefully took my phone (which was untrue while I had been on the phone all the time) and grabbed then threw my phone violently on the counter, causing me damage and distress.

I was unfairly treated in this situation, where a drunken customer had been wrongly abusive to me and complaining to the security that I had been film him without his consent, which was completely untrue. The drunken guy became violent and grabbed my phone, then threw my phone away.

All of this was during my call to my girlfriend who I had kept in touch of the progress all along and willing to act as a witness for this case.

The response from the security was completely unacceptable! They had asked me to show me my phone, while I was still on the phone with my girlfriend throughout the incidence. They had forcing me to show me my private information, even though I nothing to hide and I did not make any videos at the premise, a security guy 'Black, male around 30 years old, extremely rude and abusive' had asked me to show him my photos on my phone, forcibly else he would call the police. When all I wanted was to have a quite night while calling my girlfriend, it's the last thing I want to have trouble. I refused to show him the phone or have the police involved at the time. However afterwards, 3 more security came and asked me to leave, due to the fact a 'drunken' customer had wrongly accused me of film him (which I never had), and they took my paid drink away and asked me to leave the premise. Their tone and attitude was abusive, invasive and completely harassment. I felt really upset, angry and hopeless!

I asked for the manager who the security would not call, and they even said that they want to know my name and find out everything about me - this is completely breach of my privacy and rights! The manager said I can describe her as the 'blonde manager,' famale late 30s'.

When the manager turned up she was less than helpful and understanding. She said she was 'impartial to the situation' and would not 'apologise for the wrong action of another customer' even though the experience I've had was the most appalling I've ever had.

The evening was completely destroyed on a Good Friday day out by the rude security guys and the poor attitude and action from the manager, combined with an absolute drunk out of control, which made me feel completely destroyed, cold and depressed.

Still looking for an apology and this matter to be investigated. Hope you kept the CCTV footage to prove their wrong doing, and how I have been abused during the evening by a drunken customer, poor mannered security and a manager who was unprofessional. I wanted to ask for the name of the security and manger to make the complaint to, but with them knowing how hurt I was they refused to give me the information, while the security asked me to write my name down and said they will 'look me up'! Felt harassed, privacy breached, mistreated and it was completely shocking!

Appalled!
