Only been with them a few months, but on sign up, I was promised account pause if work should slow up and I couldn t afford the money they asked for.
Enter COVID and when I asked for that assistance, they would not honor that at all. They told me they would give a great discount but come bill time they took out the full amount. Had to cancel cause I could no longer afford it. Never had a job come in thru there effort which makes me question who they had working on my account at all and if the little guys matter.
Very disappointed. I m out nearly 1200 and they will not give any assistance at all.
They are liars and cheats. Sign up at your own risk. ( Friendly no doubt, but it s a facade.)
