A pleasant hotel, close to the city center and other fun destinations in the city of Surabaya. The atmosphere of the room is comfortable with facilities that are in accordance with the number of stars this hotel has, it's just that throughout my stay (2 days and one night) I did not even hear a hotelier friendly greeting (good morning / afternoon / night, or thank you) all seemed very busy with their thoughts and busyness respectively. Not bothering, it just remains a strange thing for a hotel with worldwide quality and network.
