Not the place to go if you actually want to be creative. This is a cafe first and seems to be aimed at entertaining bored children rather than at creativity. All the pottery available to paint is kitsch tat, models of unicorns and butterflies etc, rather than interesting crockery you can let your imagination loose on. There were a few plates and mugs but overpriced and not the right atmosphere.
My partner has fibromyalgia and was experiencing sound and temperature as painful. When we asked staff if we could sit downstairs while we figured out what to do about the noise (the only available seats were next to the door with a very cold breeze and it was very loud), they basically said that they rather we didn't and made no effort to find her somewhere comfortable. She had to lock herself in the toilet and stand (also painful during a flare) until we had managed to get a taxi there, at which point we drove straight to pottery corner in Chorlton, where we were delighted to find a calm atmosphere, lovely staff, lots of options and walls and books full of art to inspire you.
