I couldn t have asked for a better customer experience!! I found this jeweler from a post in a watch group and was contacted by Scott Poisel. I told him what I was looking for with a few examples and he helped me pick a winner!! Being out of state he kept me up to date with everything even suggesting the best way to ship to minimize it being stolen in transit. I will definitely be using them & Scott again, even though they are about 4 states away I can t beat the customer service!!
