Worst customer service ever.... I would give no star if i could.
I have spoken to several "customer service rep" and they were not able to to help me with a part that I needed.for my microwave. Its very absurd that they have most of the parts available and the one I need is no longer in existance as per their research.
I ask to speak to a supervisor who did not help much and even hanged up the phone when I asked her for her name and to speak to a person above her.
