I have never experience a more disorganized mismanaged and lucrative company than lifeline aquatics. If the employees get paid, it's rarely on time leading to careless lifeguards who have no loyalty to the company or their duty. If you do decide to sign with this company, make sure to read ALL the fine print. Swim instructors miss lessons, maintenance practices dangerous, illegal activities in the state of Texas, and the staff is unreliable. Other than the lack of decisive leadership though, poor communication, and questionable business ethics, it's a great idea for a company.
