Beautiful hotel, amazing location and facilities, very spacious room, well equipped, tastefully design of the room, you can feel the harmony of colours and architectural style everywhere in the resort. And, overall, a
good selection of restaurants.
The hotel is always busy but does not seem prepared to accommodate all the guests' needs. We found it difficult to be accommodated by the main pool on a Friday and we were informed that "unfortunately, we came on a Friday and it is very busy'. Well, that is not the answer a guest wants to hear. On the reception service, speaking less and doing more would be fantastic. The CSR was speaking non stop even contracting us when trying to share some of the less positive experiences.
Live entertainment would add flavour and spice to the guests' experience but we could not find any: not in the pool, not in the restaurants.
Well equipped gym and great selection of spa treatments.
Hotel's app was inviting us to the advantage of various offers and promotions that the staff wasn't necessarily aware of. However, that wasn't a big problem, it was just the time we had to wait until we got the final bill.
There are plenty of facilities and activities for children which was very good.
Overall a nice experience, some work on the customer scrie scripts when dealing with customers would tremendously help.
