I recently bought my first MB and had my first service ever and I definitely had a good experience. My service advisor was Greg Dickson and I feel that he knows and does his job very well. He was able to answer all my questions completely with detail. He too was able to carry on a human conversation which was nice. Great guy. If its an option I recommend to you seek out this guy's services when setting your appointment.
