I have been a customer with O2 since getting my first mobile phone many many years ago. Since Aerial Direct have been dealing with my O2 account I have been very happy with their excellent customer care ,and great deals.

Their staff are very friendly and courteous, and only to willing to go the extra mile . Today when I renewed my contract again the email to claim my discount came within seconds, I had misread the email and had rang the customer help line, a lovely lady took the time to ring me back and activated the discount on my account for me. This I found was a lovely gesture to which I would like to thank Natasha Parry. and would like to wish all the staff at Aerial Direct and O2 a very happy Christmas.
