Lived here in parma about 3.5yrs I driveup ridge everyday for work.... about 8maybe9 times out of 10 I see a car pulled over between brookpark and snow... why is it always someone black..it happens so often that whenever I ride and see lights I play "bet their black" I always win.. This cant be a coincidence. I have a newer car with tint on Windows I'm fortune i have never been pulled over..but in all seriousness it really bothers me to see this happening everyday
