Very disappointed

Very disappointed
Had 6:00pm reservations for 11 people and 1 high chair for a small toddler.
Our waiter (Boston) was Jonny on the spot, very accommodating, super friendly and returned to our table several times
However... even though our reservation (that my daughter in law made) was for 6:00... it took over 90 minutes for our food, which only half of the order was brought out. Half of us started eating, the rest of us waited approximately 10 minutes for the rest of our food.
We dropped $300+ , plus a tip for our excellent waiter... most of our food was barely warm.
I ordered a BLT, one side was soggy, the other side was too hard to chew, the lettuce was gross.
I cannot and won t speak for the rest of my party regarding their food
Very, very disappointed, especially with the amount of money we spent.
I have been to Riley s several time and was extremely happy. I will however, never return to Butcher Block
