Can t seem to get anything done over at the Canter...

Can t seem to get anything done over at the Cantera Creek II apartment complex in Dallas, TX maintenance seems to be none existent and half ass. I have been in need of a fully functioning bathroom since move in January. Kitchen sink is always stopped up I have put a work order in everyday for the last 2 weeks. Was told by one of the ladies in the office that they would send someone today but nobody still has not come to fix it yet. I pay my rent on time why can t I get repairs done in a timely manner?
