I already knew that IT Assurance (Happy Hamster's corporate brother company) was fabulous and their customer service was off the charts, but I was reassured of Happy Hamster's performance. I thought I had to replace my hard drive when it went dead, but they magically diagnosed the issue and resurrected it within minutes and all was well again!

ps. Moral of the story: Don't upgrade to a new version of Windows without asking Happy Hamster.
