Sears owes me $329.00 forn ordered product they never shipped me. I have called many times after trying to chase it down and finally canceling the order. They never refunded my money despite many calls to customer service. Each time I call their customer service gives me a new dats for when they might start to process my refund but it never happens. If I could give them less than one star I would. This is actually theft and I am checking with local media for help to get it resolved (Problem Solvers segment)
