I signed up for a spin class in December 2018. I never stopped. I go twice a week now. The spin instructors are simply fantastic. They have a thorough well thought out routine that is always a challenge, yet they make it easy for beginners to join. Encouraging and caring. The intake staff is also very pleasant and helpful. In addition, the facility sits on a glorious and varied plot of land well tended with some pleasant bits of various ecosystems. There is a walking path that wraps around the grounds making for a fun walk or run. Highest recommendations.
