I've been trying to get my new home secured by ADT...

I've been trying to get my new home secured by ADT. Since mid August I have tried calling and staying on hold for more than 30 min most times. And the CSR always says someone will get back to you in 24-48 hours. And shockingly no one ever does. I don't know what's going on with ADT but I don't feel that I am protected at all. I have been an ADT customer for over 10 years (at work too!) and I would not recommend this company to anyone, they dont want your business and service is awful. I'm at a loss for words as to what to do next. I gave up on calling, as it's always the same response, "oh were so sorry that you've experienced that, I will make sure that someone gets back to you between 24-48 hours, and I will personally look into it myself" I give up, contract or no contract ADT has not fulfilled their obligation to install my security system properly. Very disappointed by ADT....
