Very disappointed with Norm Reeves. I walked on the lot and was promptly shown the car I wanted, a new Honda Fit EX-L Navi. After a short test drive I wanted to talk numbers. Oh wait, silly me, they don't talk numbers! They had slapped almost $1,000 of dealer add-on garbage(I'm not paying a ton of money for body molding I'm going to take off and wheel locks I don't need) that I didn't want and then complained to me that they don't negotiate because the margins aren't good enough. When asked if they had any without the dealer add-ons, I was told all new cars are being "accessorized" when they come on the lot. I visited them nearly two weeks ago, and even after telling them over the phone that they lost my business and being assured that they had put a note in my file they are still calling me! In fact, they just called me again and that's what prompted this review.

Oh, and bonus, they tried to run my credit without my permission. Avoid this place.
