We stayed here one night during the Gentse Feesten. Right in the center, very friendly staff, delicious full breakfast and unexpectedly (for us alsthans) an outdoor pool in the courtyard. The only downside is that the corridors and rooms give a somewhat outdated impression. Very clean and comfortable!
