What can I say? There are specific people who do not have the professional training that are in this company. Definitely two faced people who do not belong to this company.

This company is known for their worst supervisory and management skills. The bottom of their totem pole workers (supervisors) have the worst attitude ever. I do not know what president of this company see with these people.

I definitely hated working with (not for) their supervisors who thought that they were highly educated to the project and yet they do not have a clue to what is going on except TO BOSS PEOPLE AROUND. Even though their position is not qualified to do that. And to say that they have the nerve to boss us (Main Contractor) around.

Moving to Maui to pursue a great career with my company to only know that I would be working with a specific person who we shall put as "A.R." was the worst thing in my career. This person needs to be removed if this Bowers and Kubota would still want a good reputation.
