Thanks for all the staff working in this covid time. Even there is not many guests staying the hotel, I can feel the 5 stars service from the reception to the room services. Super professional and thoughtful. Like the cot bed, baby blanket, baby diaper bin, baby bath tub. All the food were excellent by using QR code order and fast delivery for every request. Breakfast are top. Our staycation was 100% satisfied even fitness and swimming pool are closed. Thanks again all the staff for our one night. And good shopping in Bercy village 20 seconds walk. Nothing can beat this.
