Professional and caring company. The employees are responsive and go the extra mile to make sure the tenants are taken care, both while renting with Accolade, as well as after moving out to a different city. Ann, an accolade associate, was able to help get the extra deposit waved and applications approved with my current landlords after emailing them a clarification on my rental history. 10/10 would recommend.
