Being a receptionist in a 2 star hotel, I am shocked and very disappointed with the service and the staff. It is shameful to arrive at a 4 star hotel and have the mini bar with a hot room temperature, a phone that does not work and a not very friendly receptionist waiting for us to spend 2 extra hours to charge us more than 100 without informing us (which is theft). I will never go back and recommend this hotel highly. This is a shame because the room decorations are very original and very pretty. Even in the hotel I'm working in, which is a 2 star hotel I still point out, you will never be confronted with this kind of thing. I do not even talk about how the receptionist spoke to me. What a shame!
