We called the company requesting information about home health care for my terminally ill father. We were promised a home visit by one of their coordinators the next day at 5pm sharp. We cancelled all other appointments and waited for the person to arrive. Of course that person never arrived and did not bother to call us to tell us he wouldnt make it. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to try again. When we called the 2nd day, the operator told us that there was no record of us having called them and we had to give them the registration information all over again. Once again we were promised a visit the next day and once again they did not show up! We should have given up by this stage but the service that they promised seem to be just what we needed so we tried one more time the next day. Yes yes, the operator promised, our coordinator will be there at 5pm sharp! You guessed correctly - the coordinator did not show and did not bother to call us to tell us he wouldnt be coming. I forgot to mention that in the 3-4 days all this happened, we were barraged by sales calls to our mobile and home phones by their marketing department.
The company is a complete sham...do not believe their slick website. I wouldnt buy chewing gum of them if that was what they were selling....and I certainly wouldnt put the life of someone close to me in their hands with this kind of service and attitude. Strongly advise you stay clear of this outfit.
