I have worked as their customer on 2 separate large portfolios, all I can say is they have no customer service attitude and very difficult to deal with..the 2 separate project managers I have worked with are not only rude but hostile, once on a call they called my peer as incompetent and hard to work with while we were just asking for some drawings to be stamped! Who does that? And what made you think you can be so rude to your customer while we had to manage evry single piece of the project and ask for every little thing 10000 times to finally get it??? Its very very difficult to ask them for anything, they always push back because they dont have qn in-house SE of Record, we are a big company and very active in NA, the only reason we chose them was because their pricing was better than our usually structural sub, but they made it so so hard on us in all aspects that they are in our national redlined list...no more taking their sh... and Im very happy about that.
