My wife and I went to the store to buy a couple of items. The people that work there were nice and friendly we ask some questions on some materials and was told we have to talk to James. If you go to the Frederick Store and told you need to talk to James the Store Manager I would tell you to run out of there!!!! What a neanderthal with No customer service experience and does not know how to talk to customers and ladies. We went to a commercial store baught the same materials for retail prices but no James or his attitude or abrasiveness disposition. We have shopped at a number of these REStores from Maryland to Virginia and never have Encountered this type of treatment or disposition from a Store Manager or Store Owner!!!!!
