I really love working for Senior Helpers. The owners are very committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our clients, and that commitment extends to how they interact with employees, both in the office and out in the client s homes. I am often asked for suggestions on how certain situations should be handled, and it s clear they respect and value my opinion. I ve been given opportunity to learn new things here and everyone has been very supportive, even when mistakes sometimes happen. There are times when we are very, very busy, and I appreciate that our administrator is willing to jump in and help wherever he s needed, be it answering phones or even driving clients to their hair appointments. He has never made me feel the concerns of my job weren t important enough to take a minute and talk about when I need direction. I feel very fortunate to work for Senior Helpers.
