I don't even feel like giving 1 star as my trip is...

I don't even feel like giving 1 star as my trip is in less than 32 hours and I have still not got my tourist visa. I can see on their website its approved and application is closed since 2 days but still my passport has not been dispatched to me. I am so disappointed. I have applied for visas to other countries before and it has never taken so long.
