Maybe having a live and loud orchestral performance at a library, especially right beneath the quiet room is not a good idea? I came here to study and was hoping to have some silence. The performance was so loud it could be heard from all over the library. I had to leave when a homeless man cursed at me in the quiet room to turn off the music because he thought it was coming from me. Libraries are places for reading, studying, and silence. Not orchestral concerts. I appreciate classical music but not when it's very loud and I'm trying to study.
