If you buy insurance from them please do your research, if you have a claim whether it is a car or home owners or rental insurance or any insurance, they're adjustors are real scam artist. Paying them is like paying someone to deny your claim, get nothing. Get rear ended how are they going to protect you, if have to deal with a shark insurance company that is set on settle low ball claims, all they want you to do is sign the settlement check as fast as possible as they do to all their adjustments quickly to avoid legal cost. They're in business to settle fast claims and give you less for something that's worth more, that's really bad business. If you own something and it's got value, sorry, kiss it's value goodbye at Morris & Garritano. You'll get what they think its worth, even if you have an appraisal on it. If you want insurance, buy only the best that will offer the best legal department that will protect your interests on what you insure. There are insurance companies out there that will screw you completely. All this AAA+ ratings, that is a setup by the department of insurance when insurance companies lobby and finance the department of insurance with all sorts of perks to the special interests. Thats like buying your legislation and controlling the laws that really benefit the insurance companies not the consumers, the department of insurance won't do anything.
