Extremely poor experience making a simple telephone enquiry about a job they had advertised. The stated contact Ms Whitehouss was, I thought, very rude in how she handled my simple enquiry and I left the telephone conversation feeling belittled. Its very hard finding employment at the moment- a recruiter who hasn't even seen the details of your CV casting aspersions about your capabilities on the basis of a single question doesnt help that at all. Would advise any prospective candidates to steer well clear if this is indicative of how the firm handles actual candidates.
