Tamisha Davis, assistant property manager, at WTOC deserves more than a five star rating! I have been living at Westchester Towers for the last 13 years and Tamisha Davis is so dedicated to her job and she is always available to assist with any issues related to the building. I have known Tamisha since I came into WTOC and she is so helpful and professional. Tamisha is an asset to WTOC! She is truly the best and WTOC is lucky to have such a gem!
