I have been attending classes at Yoga moves ms for a few months now, and it has been an incredible journey. The instructors are skilled and create a positive and encouraging environment. Their attention to proper alignment and form has tremendously improved my practice. The studio is always clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend Yoga moves ms!
