The staff is very friendly and laid back and when it came to standard injuries they were very helpful. Unlike most health care organizations they don't try to rush you in and rush you out. Unfortunately they seem to only have one physical therapist working there at a time. So you'll end up spending a lot of time just waiting for the next exercise while they work on other patients, which resulted in most of my appointments running 90+ minutes long. I went to another physical therapist and I did more exercises, got exclusive one-on-one time with the therapist and was out of there in under an hour.
