Recently I had to take my 89 year old dad to the emergency room. We were met by Dee ( ER Rep) . Right away she introduced herself and made sure we had everything as well as understood everything happening. Dee was so pro- active . She was on top of a situation before it developed. She was so compassionate to every patient and every family member in the very busy emergency room. I am so great full for all she does for everyone. Thank you Dee.
