I have only been to Advanced Skin and Body Solutions a few times. Each time I have come in or called to make an appointment, the staff was friendly and welcoming. When I walked in for the first time, the owner was on her way out with her hands completely full and on a phone call. She immediately turned around, walked back inside, and proceeded to help me - with her hands full! Now that is customer service! I could have easily waited for one of the other gals to come to the front desk. The spa has a relaxing ambiance and is a nice intimate setting. If you provide your email address, you will hear about all the various specials they run, offering great discounts on certain services. I definitely recommend this spa!
