This was one of the most disappointing vacations I have ever taken my family on. From the time that we arrived at the resort we felt like they we re just trying to get any kind of money out of us they could. They charge $150 for the night and that is supposed to include the outdoor water park as well. When we arrived there we weren t told until after we checked in that the outside water rides weren t working it wouldn t be working the entire weekend. But we were guarantee that we would get our fees back which we only want up getting half back for which was only $17. And then we were told that we would get a free stay dueTo the inconvenience but come to find out you only get four passes for the waterpark If it is working that day. We also had an issue with our neighbors because we had adjoining doors they were throwing their keys at the door and had a screaming baby at 11 o clock. We called down to the front desk 3 to 4 times, security came down there didn t say anything to themAnd we basically had to turn up the TV loud enough to where we couldn t hear them. We found Band-Aids in the pools and a couple kids that were staying there seemed to be living in the hot tub. They had squirt guns and goggles like it was their own sort of personal pool. A hot tub is for adults not for children. They are renovating there.... their renovations must be being done with child labor because my 10 year old could have painted the room better than they did. We called the try to get some type of refund for this ridiculous vacation but all they wanted to give us were free passes to their broken water park!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you want to take your kids somewhere fun, go closer to Disney at a hotel there!!!!
