We tried to order a cpap through this company and ...

We tried to order a cpap through this company and found them to be nice people via phone but terrible at follow through (like non existent unless you call them and express your anger). Our order was placed months ago and finally, after a string of follow up calls to them (including from our doctor) and with assurances from them that they would call me when it was ready, we gave up. I strongly advise finding another medical supply company.
