It's beyond dining. It's performance art with food. It's like one of the best movies you've never seen playing out before your eyes. The food and wine pairings had me at a loss for words, and the service (big ups to Nicole, who was fun, charming, and enthusiastic, as well as our sommelier, whose name I didn't catch, but he was really great) was perfect. It really felt like everyone there was excited to surprise you and take you on this magnificent journey. On top of that, my now fiance proposed to me prior to our visit and they really went above and beyond to make the night special. Thank you, Alinea!
