TOTAL DISILUSION !!! Unfortunately, the change in the appearance of offices has worsened the services provided to clients.
We have processed a flight ticket reservation with the telephone confirmation of the price displayed, if I pay the related amount until 7.30 pm at the Vola headquarters in the United Nations.
I also complied after a terrible route (17 hours in Bucharest) + countless attempts to park in an area where the snow mountains dominated the streets, I came in front of a totally superior employee as attitude and lack of professionalism. I was informed, in an almost aggressive tone, that the reservation is no longer valid and I have to pay an amount more than 20 percent higher.
PACAT, GREAT PACAT for the company Fly because for me it was better; I went back to the office and processed the reservation on the airline's page at a lower price, NORMAL.
