Salesman arrived on time and was polite, but otherwise I was very disappointed with our meeting (to possibly purchase a chair for my mother). From what he said you would have thought he was a top class doctor but quite a lot of his sales talk was inaccurate or inconsistent.
One of their claims is that they measure each client and produce a chair exactly matched to their size (with 3 size measurements and weight). He simply discussed briefly and then said he'd work on my mother's rough estimate of height and weight. Also said that they might have chairs the right size in stock from cancelled orders.

Yes, it's good that they visit, but you are paying a massive amount for this convenience.
