Its a great place. definitely the go to get if your pet needs emergency care or surgery as the vets are very knowledgeable. also very affordable, in comparison, its great they offer a discount to low income earners, pensions and offer payments plans.

3 stars not due to the care of the animals but because unfortunately this vet gets very very busy. they are not for profit and are not government funded so it us not their fault and i appreciate the care they get.

other reason from 3 stars is as, although vets and nurses are wonderful. the receptionist staff are a hit or miss. ive had 80% of a good and lovely staff at reception. but ive had a few old bats, and cows who are very rude, hostile and in my personal opinion should be executed :). okay thats a bit extreme but they shouldn't have a job there.
