A few years back I bought the car I had been looking at for a while. A 2003 saab arc. Spent a lot of money getting it looking the way I wanted it. Rims, stereo,coil overs,interior trims,exhaust and paint. The car was sharp looking for sure but then my clutch went out so being short on cash I heard rockauto was the place to go. I ordered my parts and got them installed only to hear a lound rattling noise that goes away when the clutch pedal is pushed in. Thinking the mechanic that installed it was at fault I brought it to another shop. They said it was the throw out bearing and it would have been faulty from the factory and they have seen it before. I contacted rockauto the best I could but they were no help. After spending all my money on towing and shop fees I was broke hoping the company would work with me but nope. They said order a new one take the old one out send it in and if they find it was defective they would cover it. Well that's fine and dandy if you have the $1000 to spend on it but I didn't. So rock auto I want you to know that you 100% ripped
me off and screwed me over and i wish you nothing but the worst.
