Loved the hotel at first, but ever since I left it s been a nightmare. The hotel has charged me the room fee 4 times now (overcharging my account one of the times) as well as charged me the amenity fee, which I paid in cash, three times now on my card. Really awful experience, it s been nothing but stress for going on two weeks now. Do not give them your card!
