Our heater was not working, so I called them and had someone arrive later than the designated time range, but that's expected. The technician couldn't quite diagnose the problem, but said we needed a limit switch --which they told us the year before and we replaced. When I told him that he seemed short with me, saying that it wasn't in their system, and I felt like he was accusing me of lying. Then he said we needed to get an air quality analysis to really find out, which we also did a couple years ago through CroppMetcalfe. When I told him that, he seemed irritated again that it wasn't in their system. He said that the person who did the test will reach out to us within the day. We never heard back from anyone. So we paid $150 for nothing. I called Thomas E. Clark and got a quick response and a diagnosis of the actual problem which was an easy fix. Their technician was a lot more knowledgeable and professional.
