When I first came across the ad for the apartment I called the number posted and spoke with Orion about his availability to check out the place. He was able to accommodate with my work schedule and show me the apartment on such short notice which I really appreciated. I fell in love with the apartment in Logan Sq. instantaneously and started the application process that same night. Orion was very professional and always got back to me in a timely manner with any questions I had. 5 stars for sure.
For the most part, the rental office, including property manager Jonathan, off Roscoe St. has also got back to me in a timely manner (hence the 4 stars). I've been living here for a month and so far no major problems although I do wish they would salt the parking in the back when it snowed and turned to ice.
Nevertheless I cant complain on anything major so I hope this continues!
